Ideal flows for wading the Salmon River are 500-1000 cfs at the Pineville USGS Gauge.  Be careful wading in higher conditions.

Ideal dam release is between 350 and 750cfs.  Keep an eye on the schedule to make sure you're trip won't get blown out.
